I’m doing this a little differently this month. Here are my lists of ideas and I’ll just choose from these each day- based on the weather, how much time I have, and what we feel like eating:
Breakfast:
Oatmeal
Eggs & Toast
Cereal
Occasionally: Breakfast Burritos, Waffles, Pancakes
Morning Snack:
Yogurt or Cheese or Boiled Egg
Granola trail mix or Crackers
Fruit
Lunch:
Quesadillas
Nachos
Pita bread & Veggies & Hummus
Burritos
Sandwiches- PB & Nutella or Grilled Cheese
Tuna Pasta Salad
Chicken Salad on Rye Crisps
Sesame Salad with Chicken
Afternoon Snack:
Popcorn or Trail mix
Frozen Yogurt or Cheese
Veggies & Hummus or Ranch
Dinner:
Chicken pasta salad, green salad, fruit
Mini burgers, potato salad, broccoli
Lasagna, green salad
Chili, baked potato
Beans & Rice, green salad
Tacos, cornbread
Spaghetti, green salad, garlic-cheese biscuits
Rasta Pasta, green salad
Grilled sesame chicken (on greens or rice)
Teriyaki Chicken & Veggie Stir-Fry on rice
Chicken Rice Casserole, Broccoli or Green Beans, Peaches
Enchiladas or Enchilada Casserole, cornbread, green salad
Flowers Chicken on rice, Broccoli, green salad
Santa Fe Chicken Rice Bowl, green salad, cornbread
