Monday

Snack- Yogurt & Zucchini bread

Lunch- Bean & Cheese Quesadillas, Salad

Snack- Crackers & Cucumber, Apple Chips

Dinner- Spaghetti, Salad

Tuesday

Breakfast- Breakfast Burritos

Snack- Yogurt & Zucchini bread

Lunch- Tortellini & Mixed Vegetables

Snack- Carrots & Dip, Apple Chips

Dinner- Three Bean Chili, Baked Potatoes

Wednesday

Breakfast- Whole Grain Waffles & Hard Boiled Eggs

Snack- Yogurt & Zucchini bread

Lunch- Sandwiches, apple chips, cheese sticks, pretzels

Snack- Crackers & Cucumber

Dinner- Veggie Quesadillas, Corn bread

Thursday

Breakfast- Oatmeal

Snack- Yogurt & Apple Muffins

Lunch- Hot dogs, pears, pretzels

Snack- Popcorn, carrots & dip

Dinner- Leftovers

Friday

Breakfast- Eggs & Toast

Snack- @ Farmer’s Market

Lunch- Pita & Hummus, apples, cheese sticks

Snack- Crackers & Cucumber

Dinner- Hamburgers, Corn on the Cob, Salad

 

Week of September 3-9

Monday

Breakfast- Oatmeal

Snack- Yogurt & Scones

Lunch- Snack Platter (Rice & Veggies for me)

Snack- Popcorn

Dinner- Root Veggie Stew with Dumplings, Salad

Tuesday

Breakfast-  Eggs & Toast

Snack- Yogurt & Scones

Lunch- Bean & Cheese Quesadillas

Snack- Veggies & Dip, Pretzels & Cheese cubes

Dinner- Rasta Pasta, Salad

Wednesday

Breakfast- Cereal

Snack- Crackers & Cheese sticks

Lunch- Sandwiches (PB & Nutella or Turkey)

Snack- Trail Mix

Dinner- Chicken Parmesan, Broccoli

Thursday

Breakfast- Oatmeal

Snack- Hard boiled egg, zucchini bread

Lunch- Grilled cheese sandwiches

Snack- PB crackers, mango

Dinner-Veggie Quesadillas

Friday

Breakfast- Eggs & Toast

Snack- at Farmer’s Market (so probably strawberries and kettle corn)

Lunch- Sandwiches (PB & Nutella or Turkey)

Snack- Veggies & dip, Pretzel sticks & cheese cubes

Dinner-Make your own pizza, salad

Saturday

Breakfast- Daddy’s choice

Snack- Trail Mix

Lunch- Sandwiches

Snack- Apples, pretzels & cheese

Dinner- Tacos in a bag

Sunday

Breakfast- Cereal

Snack- at church

Lunch- Leftovers

Snack- Applesauce & crackers

Dinner- Leftovers or freezer meal
